Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Persistent Payment Issues and Unresolved Disconnection of Airtel Broadband
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding persistent payment-related issues and an unresolved disconnection problem with my Airtel broadband connection.
Approximately three months ago, on 4 th Feb,I decided to surrender my Airtel broadband connection due to not working. I ensured that the modem was returned in proper condition, as per the surrender process, and subsequently received a surrender bill as confirmation of the disconnection.
Despite following the necessary procedures and receiving confirmation of the disconnection, I am deeply concerned to note that the disconnection has not been reflected in my account to date. This ongoing discrepancy has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
As a loyal Airtel customer for the past 10 years, I have always valued the quality of service provided by your company. However, the recent experience with unresolved issues and lack of appropriate action from customer care has greatly disappointed me.
I kindly request the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to intervene and address this matter promptly. I trust that your intervention will lead to a swift resolution and ensure that such issues are not faced by other customers in the future.
