Dear KFC India Support,
I am writing to escalate a refund issue that has remained unresolved despite multiple follow-ups. I placed an order via the KFC mobile application on June 17, which was cancelled by the store. However, the refund has not been processed.
I raised a grievance (Ticket No: 3670501052) and contacted several store managers provided by customer care, but received no resolution. Many of the numbers are either switched off or outdated, and your customer service continues to transfer calls without offering any solution.
