Details of Complaint:
I purchased a Realme P4 5G smartphone from Flipkart on 3rd October 2025, and the product was defective from the time of delivery. The phone is not charging at all, even when using the original charger provided in the box.
I raised a return request on Flipkart, but it was rejected, and I was advised to contact the Realme service centre instead. I did so, and the Realme team promised to provide a replacement, but till now they keep saying that the replacement is still under approval. It has already been several days, yet there has been no final approval, no replacement, and no concrete update.
This delay is unacceptable, as the product was defective from day one, and neither Flipkart nor Realme has taken timely action. Customers should not have to face such inconvenience for a brand-new faulty phone.
