Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concern about a recent issue with my phone number ([Your Phone Number]). I did not request a set-top box or service from Videocon d2h, but I have received one and am now being pressured to recharge my account (Customer ID: [303207649]).
Furthermore, I have been receiving harassing calls from unknown numbers regarding the recharge.
I request that you immediately deactivate any unauthorized service on my phone number and investigate the source of the harassing calls. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to resolve it.
