Text of Complaint by ANONYMUS:

I would like to report an issue regarding a delivery made by one of your delivery agents. During the delivery of my order, the agent informed me that the parcel amount was ₹280, while the actual order amount mentioned in the app was ₹223. I clarified this to him and initially handed over ₹250 in cash. The delivery agent then stated that he did not have change and requested an additional ₹100 from me to adjust the payment. Trusting his explanation, I gave him the additional amount. After that, he returned only ₹70 (₹50 and ₹20) to me. Due to the confusion created during the transaction, I later realized that I ended up paying more than the actual order amount. The situation was unnecessarily confusing and felt unprofessional, as the correct amount should have been charged and the change returned properly. I request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken so that such incidents do not happen with other customers in the future. I also request a clarification and possible refund of the extra amount collected during this transaction.
