Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with the services provided by Zomato. I recently made a booking for a cake delivery through their platform, specifying the delivery address as Bhopal. However, despite repeated requests and attempts to rectify the error, Zomato has repeatedly delivered the cake to my home address in Bihar.

Despite numerous calls to their customer care service and clear instructions, they have failed to address this matter appropriately. Moreover, when I requested a cancellation due to their error, they refused any refund.

This level of service is unacceptable and reflects an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Therefore, I urge you to intervene in this matter promptly and ensure that not only do I receive an immediate refund for this mishandled order but also that appropriate measures are taken against Zomato so that such issues are not repeated in the future.

I trust that you will take swift action on this matter and bring about a fair resolution.
