Subject: Complaint Regarding Failed Coin Reward Transfers from MY REG MAIL [email protected] reg.

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recurring issues I have been experiencing with the coin reward transfers in your application. As an avid user of your app, I have encountered multiple instances where my attempts to transfer coin rewards have failed, resulting in the return of the coins to my account.

I have been an active user of your application ,and I greatly appreciate the engaging features and rewards it offers. However, the frequent failures and subsequent reversals of coin reward transfers have been causing significant inconvenience and disappointment.

I have attempted to transfer my accumulated coin rewards on several occasions, expecting to enjoy the benefits promised by your app. However, each time I initiated a transfer, I received an error message indicating that Coin had been returned. Subsequently, the coins were returned to my account, leaving me without the intended rewards.
