Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart, a prominent e-commerce platform, concerning a series of unresolved issues I have encountered as a customer. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through their customer support, I find it necessary to seek the assistance of the Consumer Court to ensure justice is served.
The details of my complaint are as follows:
Account Blockage: About 2 weeks ago, Flipkart arbitrarily blocked my customer account, thereby denying me access to the account’s features, services, and 5,000 SuperCoins and my VIP membership. This action was taken without just cause or proper explanation.
Damaged Product: I received bunch of damaged products from Flipkart. I promptly reported this issue to Flipkart’s customer support, and it was acknowledged that the product was indeed damaged. However, despite their initial acknowledgment, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution, such as a refund or a replacement.
Unjust Refusal: Despite my repeated attempts to have my account unblocked and my damaged product issue addressed, Flipkart has unjustly refused to take corrective actions, which has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I would like to bring to your attention that my attempts to resolve this matter amicably with Flipkart have proven futile, leaving me with no other option but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Court. I kindly request that the court investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that I receive fair compensation for the damage incurred and the release of my account.
I am willing to cooperate fully with the court and provide any additional information or documentation required to facilitate a swift and just resolution to this matter.
I eagerly await the court’s guidance and intervention in this case. Please inform me of the next steps and any required documentation for this complaint.
