Dear Airtel Team,

I recently recharged with ₹349 on my Airtel number, which as per your advertisement includes unlimited 5G data in 5G coverage areas.

I have a 5G-enabled smartphone, I am in a full 5G network area, and I see strong 5G signal on my phone. Despite this, I am not getting unlimited 5G data. Either the internet doesn’t work at all, or it is deducting from my 4G data balance.

This goes against what Airtel promises in its offer. I have followed all conditions:

My phone supports 5G

I am in a 5G coverage area

I recharged with an eligible plan (₹349)

Please resolve this issue immediately and activate unlimited 5G data benefits on my number. If not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this to TRAI.
