Dear BDG Game Team,
I deposit ₹6500 on 08-05-2025 by UPI. The amount was deducted but never credit to my BDG wallet. Despite waiting 4 months and contacting support, I’ve received no resolution.
I am now preparing to escalate this issue to:
— Consumer Complaint Forums
— Social Media Advocasy
— Legal Action if needed
Please resolve this within 7 days Or refund the amount.
