I am an Airtel Digital TV subscriber and I have paid full amount for 1-year subscription service. I have paid on 12/10/2018 before the rules changes n TRAI. However, on 02/02/2019, my TV channels complaints that I need to subscribe to all the channels that was available for me until now.
When I called the customer care (usually it will take minimum of 15mins with full phone charges and only with Airtel number) I get to speak to a agent who does not much about the issue for another 5 mins. It will be transferred to the Supervisor and he comes up with no answer for another 5 mins. Later he put forth and excuse that the system is not working and call back after 3 hours. This is not acceptable at all for a poor service for which they are providing and expect to be on an Airtel connection.
I have requested for a refund and same will done once the application is up and running. I don’t really understand how did he verified my account details when the system was down, and he confirmed to help me and then after some time could not help and giving silly excuses that the system is not working?
