I had placed an order online from Royalfee Shoes who operate under the name of RoyalFee Trands Private Limited based out of jalandhar, Punjab. Looking at their instagram page I placed an order of a pair of shoes order number being 7617. When the shoes arrived they were in horrible finish and quality is cheap as compared to what they showed on their insta page. I placed a request on the same day for return and asked for a refund but no one from their team is responding. The phone numbers mentioned online are unserviceable and fraud. This is just another company who is cheating people of their hard earned money and running away.
