Hello,

I’m really upset with the mesho customer service and the way they have treated me on call. ( I have call recording where representative stop responding and they were discussing in background) such a poor service I don’t know you check the qualifications when you hire someone.

Firstly, I’ve received the order where the jeans color was different and usually I wear jeans size 30 but the one I got it was too tight hence I raised a return request.

The person who came for pickup advise raise a return request by selecting received “received different” Color product.

Request raised but it was couple of days order was not picked up. I contacted 18 JUNE AND RAISED A COMPLAINT FOR PICKUP as per representative NASIYA OR NASIFA it should have been resolved it 4-5 working days.

After complaint was file I received below email –
Thank you for getting in touch with Meesho Support! We’ve made note of your concern. Use the complaint/ticket number provided below for future reference. We will address your concern at the earliest
Ticket No:687083932282

After that, next day 19th June I received notification on Meesho app “This return request cancelled as per your request”.
Again I initiated pickup and waiting till today no update.
Contacted the Mesho team, person name POOJA left the conversation in between stating you have to wait 4-5 working days.
I requested a call again through app, now it was Supriya, when I explained her whole situation again she said I’ll check this and suddenly went blank on girl. That uneducated girl left the call unmute and discussing and giggling situation rather than assisting me.

I lost my trust with Mesho app really disgusting service.
We are not getting stuff without paying. Jeans is of no use, I don’t care now either you pickup or not but I NEED MY REFUND OF 600 and change.
I’m going to post this experience everywhere trust me.
You need the call recording, I can send it. This does not give me option to attach multiple doc.
Kindly look into this on priority and please penalize the representative or give proper training to them.
