Madam/ Sir,
I have been customer to your company since 2006. I have taken post paid facility in 2017 under the plan of 799 and got benefit of adding two numbers i.e., 9703430111(spouse) & 9502305463(father). Mt wife lost her handset Redmi on 09-03-2019 and reported the same on 23/25 mar-2019 to block the sim . The sim got inactive but and separated my other child number 9502305463 without my consent.
I Don’t know that the number 9502305463 was under plan of 499/- with separate bill. I made many attempts and advised the same to your customer care. Care was not taken. When I called on 28-03-2019 about adding new number 6309705115 replacing 9703430111 the airtel company said that there was data migration activity going on , the adding may take automatically by end if 11- Apr-2019 other wise cost our post paid facility centre which is 100 KM from my residence.
You can find my interactions with your company since 23-05-2019 to 31-05-2019. I have spent lot of time to get redress my issue but your company failed to slove it.
I have been cheated that nothing was informed about changes in my add on numbers and failed to add my child numbers even after your data migration.
