I got the Airtel Xstrem fibre internet cable connection for my home at
16,Vijaya Ragavachariyar street,near SIMS chellam hospital,Salem,Tamilnadu-636007, through Mr.Suresh, Manger (Mobile no:9600666058). On April 1st 2021.Mr.Suresh and his assistant Mr.Jayaprakash (Mobile no.9994644483) came to house and told that ” today i.e.,01.04.2021 Airtel has announced an scheme/offer that the internet connectivity would be provided free of cost for one month if I pay Rs.1768/- one-time. After one month ,the internet facility would be automatically disconnected and the amount Rs.1768/-would be refunded to my bank account.” But the amount was not yet refunded / credited to my account till date. Instead, I Have received a bill for the period 26 April 2021 to 25 May 2021 amounting to Rs.588.82(499+89.82). I request you to do the needful i.e., to refund my amount Rs.1768.I have informed (29.05.21,5:31pm)to Suresh but he has not taken any necessary action and Mr.Jayaprakasah is not attending my call (29.5.21,30.5.21). I am not having and using Airtel landline (Rs.89.82).
