I had ordered 2 pair of dresses through the online shopping site Stylo fabric (In some cases it is given as stylo febric) on 14th June 2020 at 5pm and the order was placed with an order#13368. I had paid the money already through WooCommerce platform. I had received mail and a text message regarding the order. The text message is given below:
Hello ….., thank you for placing your order 13368 with STYLO FEBRIC.Due to COVID-19 Your Order Will Delivered to You Within 13 to 15 Working Days. We don’t ask for OTP PIN for offers to demand money. Email us. stylofebric00@gmail.com contact us: 9512567493
Since the product was not delivered within the mentioned date, I had called them on July 1st 2020 at 11.21am and he told that the delivery will be on 3rd July 2020. On 3rd July, when I called him, first he was not picking the call and later it was switched off.
Necessary actions shall be taken against the culprits and refund shall be made.
