Studyiq is a online education platform. I am an aspirant of gov. Exam. I was purchased a batch of drdo cost 2200₹ approx. Where they are providing me pre recorded lecture,ppt,MCQ, doubt classes but after purchasing the course MCQ are not available. Some ppt is missing online doubt support system is slow . I really don’t want refund I just want to fix my problem because the date of examination will be announce anytime and if will busy here after purchasing the course to resolve my problem when I will do study . I was calling on helpline number of studyiq also but after listening the problem they cut my call please help me to figure it out
