have purchased Combined Defense services classes from Byjus on 01march2023 and its been 1.5 months now and Im yet to receive any books from them. I have been calling the customer support team since back than but getting no help to the problem and due to which I asked for my refund of the entire fees of Rs. 11000 but they also deny to refund my money. They are scamming students, taking my money and providing no services in return.
