I had bought a loan from the stucred app.Since the app had nice ratings in the playstore,so I bought the loan from stucred app.I had paid the first loan amount on the due date.And I had bought another loan of 1000rs from the same app.And 22 July is the due date for the second loan amount.So,I was trying to pay the loan amount on 22 July,but the app said it has some server issues.And I was trying to repay the loan for two-three times,but the app continuously said that it has some server issues.And after sometime,the stucred app displayed that you have to pay 1065rs;that is 1000rs is the loan amount,60rs is for the processing fees,and 5rs is for penalty for one day late of paying the loan amount.And the stucred agents are continuously calling me to repay the loan amount from 22 July until the present day of this complain issued.
I should get a proper justice for this issue.And I am requesting the RBI officials to ban this app from playstore.And I am not willing to repay the loan amount since they are 5rs penalty for each day and I could also not able to repay the loan through the stucred app.
