Tomorrow is the due date of my loan, which I took from the app Stucred on May 10. The loan amount was credited to my account, and the due date was June 10. On June 9 (today), I paid the amount, but the loan is still open. I contacted them via email, but received no response. I also tried calling, but they said all officers were busy.
