I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with the Time Bazar application, available for download on the Google Play Store. My experience with this app has been nothing short of a nightmare, filled with deceit, manipulation, and outright theft.
Over the course of the past week, I have deposited a total of 600 rupees into the Time Bazar app, with deposits made on 01/05/2024 and 06/05/2024. Despite my efforts, the app has continuously rejected my withdrawal requests, leaving me stranded with no access to my rightfully earned winnings.
On 06/05/2024, after winning numerous games and accumulating around 2300 rupees, I followed the app’s protocol and submitted a withdrawal request for 1400 rupees. However, to my dismay, the request was summarily rejected, time and time again. In a desperate attempt to seek resolution, I reached out to the purported “helping” WhatsApp number provided by the company, +91 95874 75076. Regrettably, my pleas fell on deaf ears as I received no response whatsoever.
To add insult to injury, after several hours of fruitless communication attempts, I was shocked to discover that the app had falsely claimed my withdrawal as successful. However, upon checking my account, I found that the promised balance was nowhere to be found. It appears evident that I have fallen victim to blatant theft at the hands of the Time Bazar application.
Furthermore, upon attempting to address this egregious misconduct with the individual associated with the provided mobile number, I was met with nothing but further deception and malfeasance. My number was promptly blocked, leaving me with no means of seeking justice or reclaiming what is rightfully mine.
I demand immediate action be taken to rectify this appalling situation. Not only do I expect a full refund of my deposited funds and rightfully earned winnings, but I also demand accountability from the operators of the Time Bazar application. Such unethical practices cannot be tolerated, and I implore you to take swift and decisive action against this fraudulent entity.
Please consider this letter as both a formal complaint and a call to action. I eagerly await your response and the resolution of this matter.
