We want to cancel this course immediately, you are requested to please refund our full amount asap.
On 16th Apirl, Ms. Kritika Sharma (Manager Business development) provided Live class online course programme 11th -12th online JEE with all false based commitments and took money near about 1,36,000 for this course, after getting payments now we are facing lot of problems, She told us in this course package we will get TAB AND BOOKS lasted by Friday, but i have checked with mentor team yesterday, she said no tab is include in our course programme, at the time of registration we clearly told our requirements on recorded your online zoom platform and Kritika has committed us to provide we want 11 and 12 NCRT based course + JEE with fresh based batch & not more than 10 students in the batch, she committed us teachers will teach full NCRT based books with speaking in English & Hindi for better understanding with our selected timings 7 to 9 fresh batch and extra study based on JEE exam. but yesterday we have received old batch with teacher speaking only in English and 66 students were present in the class and no support provided my teacher when Shreya asked in chat section.
strong complaint against Kritika Sharma, why is no strict action taken against Byju’s when there have been multiple complaints of them providing substandard misleading us? Such a fraud business. Never think about buying/subscribing to this app. Their agents took masters in Fraud. Once you pay money, No support, no picking up calls or anything. We now got fooled by Kritika and ended up in trouble. Big Cheating. Zero value. I never suggested to anyone to join Aakash Byjus. She has scored 14 marks out of 15 on 16th April, had a zoom conversation with Shreya and us on Zoom. We were, being motivated, agreed on their fake and false statements, in fact everything is on record, she has sent us an email (copy attached) and even sent us WhatsApp messages, will share asap. after taking registration money from my husband, she started demanding more money which they didn’t mention earlier. we didn’t agree to share our Bank details with them, and she even told me that we must start an EMI LOAN FOR THE REMAINING FEE When my husband refused to proceed any further, she started arguing that there will be no refund of the registration fee until we deposit full fees INR 1,36,000….. Dirty and money craving TEAM just forced to loan the money. Please help us on this matter now Kritika & other your counsellor Ms. Sushmita both are not attending our calls. , WE FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE BIG COMPANIES ARE FRAUDING WITH US AND WHY
