1. I have been stranded by Airtel network for over 3 months now. My Airtel roaming did not work in Dubai in May and did not work in Singapore in September. Both times, they did not help me in the situation and I was left stranded, unable to make calls in foreign land.
2. I have not been able to send and receive SMS since 3 months now. I’m unable to use Paytm because of this issue.
3. Even after coming back to India, my calls are not working. I have been trying to raise complaints since 6 days now, no resolution. I don’t have calls and SMS, both.
4. They easily deactivated my email ID and reactivated it when I moved to postpaid, still not giving me resolution on email.
5. You can pull up my number and email ID to see the MULTIPLE number of complaints that I have raised.
