I ordered a drone on 16th June 2019 and it is still showing processing. Cash of delivery was not available so I payed through debit card. I contacted them on mail but there was no reply.

Please go to the bank from where you had initiated the transaction and request that you would like o raise a “chargeback” complaint.
The storefeed merchant handles his transactions via razorpay. Raising the chargeback complaint will help you in geting the money back
