I would request for new SIM as old has been miss placed, as i had gone at store he said I’ll provide the same however you should have to take pre-paid to post-paid and i was agreed after that he give other clause 1st I’ll do de-active current user and we’ll register on your name itself.
After all i have visited again your store he did de-active but he is not ready to give SIM on my name.
SIM is mandatory for me just because That no link with all govt services.
