At first, lenskart app proceeded for an exchange with one of my buy 1 get 1 eyeglasses without my concern. After that I cancelled it and they told me to wait for pickup and after pickup they’ll help me place a new order with the help of store credit worth rupees 952/-. After that they again made mistake and placed order from another number which according to them has merged with my account. After that the store credit also went to that another account registered with different number. Now from many days I am facing the same hazardous situation and contacting them on a regular basis but everyday they’re saying the same thing that I’ll have to wait for 24 hours and all but the issues is not being resolved.
