I ordered a set of 2 cargo pants on 20th November 2023 from a website called octamart the link of which was directed through an advertisement of the cargo pants on Instagram. I received the parcel box on 25 th November and the payment of the same was made by me through google pay of Rs.899 to a man named rahul contact number – 8708405949. Inside the box i found a dusting cloth instead of pants. There is no redressal mechanism or a return option for the same on the website. Option of complaint is also not provided. This is a complete case of fraud on their part of services.
