I am having one Airtel prepaid connection no 9433615328. Since this morning, it’s outgoing service of 149/- unlimited pack is stopped todate 17/4/2020 , when the pack valid upto 19/4/2020. Moreover, there was a balance of RS 12.79/- still showing yesterday, which came as remaining of earlier Smart pack, that gone vanish.
Since, morning, I am trying to talk with customer care, but got no pick up.
For that putting this complaint against Airtel services.
