Text of Complaint by SATYA PRAKASH TOMAR:

Pack validity for Airtel no 9910901947*** will expire on 22-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#.

 

This is the exact message I’m getting.but I have no idea how to increase validity.The above mentioned *121*51# have no option where I can do a recharge and customer care number is all but not going through.tell me what to do?

 

I have been using Airtel for 7-8 years but now why suddenly they are doing this.i have linked this number to everywhere now what should I do.
