Dear sir/ madem
My name is Harpreet singh, my vodaphone no. Is 9811445529. I have made a recharge of Rs 999 on 23 SEP 2019 for 1 year.
In emergency i have to reacharge my friend vodaphone phone through voda app of Rs 1499 on 9 march 2020. I got msg that my phone 9811445529 was recharge, I contact customer care about this, they told they will transfer it to right no. +918860061553, they did it, but they have stopped my services which will work for 6 months more,( will expire on 23 SEP 2020 as I can see on my voda app)
I requested them my E mail and my call on customer care but they are not starting my vodaphone mobile services, even they are not let me contact to the seniors.
Kindly resolve this issue and help to start my phone services
