My name is U Ajithkumar
I have taken Airtel family plan with a monthly rental of Rs 749/-.
My primary number is 9797743161 and the other number added as family member is 9556298488.
Internet services to d family number 9556298488 is not available since last one month. Complaint has been registered with the customer services on a number of times and also visited the local Airtel office located at Ambala Cantt twice to resolve the issue. Airtel office at Ambala can’t suggested to procure a new SIM n activate. Accordingly new SIM was procured on 28 October 19 and activated the same on 29 October 19. But even after all these efforts the data services has not yet resumed in this number. Only ‘E’ is shown as the network symbol instead of 3G/4G. My family member is facing difficulty due to no availability of data services.
It is requested that the data services to d number 9556298488 may please be resumed immediately. It is also requested that since the services as assured as per the plan has not been provided by the company, the rentals charged during the month of October May please be waivered off and the amount may please be credited to my account.
