Hi There ,
I would like to bring in notice that Airtel is no such trustful services now as earlier . I had taken prepaid broadband connection on 24th June 2020 and paid amount for INR 2828 for next 3 months which was ended on 24 sept 2020. after that as It was a prepaid connection , airtel has raised bill again for next 3 months as it was prepaid connection airtel should not raise any bill its should e on my choice either I should opt to recharge for 1 month or any other duration which might be suitable for me . In that when it got delayed Airtel has stopped the broadband services after the grace period but continued raising monthly bill and that should not happen .
if no service then bill . Its totally Airtel end mistake , I availed the services for I already made the payment .
Still I made another payment of INR 502 for October month although services were stopped . Now more than October month I can not pay any amount which is fake bill. Please looking for asap closure of this issue . Thanks
