I had recharged for Dhamal masti yearly pack worth ~300 rs per month. Now they are asking me to recharge more and they want me to pay ~450rs per month. This transition took place while they only sent SMS. Now, I have tata sky balance of 2000+ rs and no channel is active on TV. I called customer care number, they cancelled call while I was kept on waiting for 20 minutes on phone.
