When I ported my sim (8750301095 .. earlier Idea cellular) to Airtel it came with a lifetime free incoming term. But now I am getting messages that my incoming service will stopped if I don’t recharge it with certain amount. Why is Airtel cheating it’s customer by breaching it’s own terms and conditions ?
Further I am unable to Port this number to Jio as Airtel has stopped my outgoing and SMS service despite having balance in my account.
Necessary step must be taken against Airtel for this fraud.
