in the month of august i submitted annual subsricaption amount . after about one month my Hd channel transmission was stopped. on contacting customer care iwas told to depoist rs 600 which i depoisted again on 18/12/2018 the same was stopped ,again contacted customer care it was started again after two day the same was stopped without assigning any reason . i again contacted customer care and was told that two top up are running in your account on my telling them that i have never requested any top up other than 9 popular hd channel NO reply was made. iwas told that our security tean will check up and will respond back . and the matter will be resolved within 48-72 hour imade this complaint on 22/12/2018 vide call back GWL 84280960 but till today i have not received any reply.

by writing this mail I REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDITAELY RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND ENSURE THAT SAME IS NOT REPEATED AGAIN.
NON RECEPIT OF YOUR ANY COMMUNICATION WILL COMPELL ME TO TAKE UP MY COMPLAINT TO NEXT FORUM INCLUDING CONSUMER COURT AS ALSO TO DISCONTINUE DTHAND OTHER SERVICES USED BY ME
