I bought I ticket from traveloka after I found my ticket is without baggage the day I bought extra baggage what price is appears in my app I paid that amount after I received email they demanding more money by the name of service charges and after 30 mints they send me request to cancel my baggage and they will refund my money after 5 working days in Thai account what the hell is that I need to travel if I don’t accept there terms so they not allow me to buy baggage I request give my fully refund up buy ticket from other agent they don’t allow me to get refund what kind of shit application is that if they want service charges so why they send me email separately in there system does not any charges and take payment
