I have ordered Panasonic AC Panasonic 1.5 Ton 5 Star Wi-Fi Twin-Cool Inverter Split Air Conditioner (Copper, Auto Convertible, Shield Blu Anti-Corrosion Technology, 2022 Model, CS/CU-NU18XKYWA, White) on the date 16 March 2022. The delivery person delivered two cartons on the date March 23, 2022. He did not take the signature. On 24, technician came and opened the carton and we found that stones sent instead of AC. The order number is 406-1838128-3577147. We raised the complain on the 24 march, 2022 and customer care support said that they investigate and revert back on 28th March, 2022. On the date 28th March, 2022, customer care of the Amazon said that warehouse person said that they delivered and hence, they cannot do anything. This is fraud and it is serious matter of concern. I am attaching the files for proof. Please do the needful.
