I Have book one parcel (Three Piece Suit) in Rapido Bike on 02nd December 2022: 02.35 PM from Raneshwar Malia Lane to Rajarhat whose fare is Rs. 164 and book the same in COD basis. Rapido Bike Driver Santu Ghosh 9007347143 does not deliver mu suit as well as switched off his phone and complete the task in his app. i have lodge complain for the same is rapido, they ask 03 working days time but now they are nor responding to me neither resolving my issue. Suits cost is Rs. 12500/- and Rapido company is not taking any action on that driver. kinldy help me in this regard please.
