Dear sir/Madam,

It’s regarding sending some goods through A1 Transport Service having office in Oshiwara, near bridge (under construction) from Mumbai to Lucknow.
During transportation my fridge and washing machine damage lightly but a shoes rack was completely damaged. We put shoes and chappals in it and upon receipt of it we found 2 shoes 1 chappal missing (expensive ones).
