I ordered 6 pcs of STOKZIO metal frame Bag from www.polrity.com for rs 999 order no 122693 dtd 30.03.2022. but Instead i received saree bags. since 30th march i am sending daily e- mail to company email address given on website for returns and replacement on support@polrity.freshdesk.com. But till date no reply or response. Also there is no address of sender on the package received and company on website is claiming to return on address given on slip. Company does not have any customer care call no. All these type of companies are cheating and doing fraud with public. we request authorities to deal strictly and cancel licence of this company. we also want our refund back.

I have faced the same issue. This company should immediately be banned from further cheating the customers. There has been no response ever since. Received some saree bags instead of STOKZIO metal frame Bag.
Same with me too.
