I have purchased Algo Sofware “Full Automatic Software” for Rs.5,499/- on 10/04/2024 for one month through BIZX Solution Company. But from 1st day I got loss multiple times through this Algo Software. I lost almost 14K in 2 days.

I called the person who sold me that software Akanksha about this issue. She said, that it was basic strategy pay more for premium plan its cover all losses like that. I paid more 30,101/- Total 35,701/-this plan was also giving 2k pofit but 6k loss in 2nd trade continuously.
Before purchase, they sent Feb and Mar months statements which was showing all profits and strategy also different like bizx3 strategy giving profit. But they gave me bizx10, bizx1,bizx2 which are giving losses.
asked them to refund, they were refused. I have lost total 45k no more money for trade.

I humble request to consumer court team, Please make the amount returned by bizx algo solutions.
I lost my health due to this software
