When I migration postpaid to prepaid plans my amount is deducted but after 4 hour’s I got it message migration is failed and after that i speak with agent he is telling your amount is refunded by your source of account but today is allready completed 4 months but not credited and till Excutive we are working from 4 month for Refund Process only amount is 179 rs I’m too much Disappointed from your Service
