Please find the attached file for your reference & Kindly do the needful.
I have requested sanction copy of my 2 home loan’s on 4th July 2023 with a request number 30644337 & 30644375 still now i have not received, So i called to axis bank customer care & they told me it was delivered on 10th july 2023 i said still now i have not received any courier waiting for the same, So i asked tracking number they given me the numbers 31982044603 & 31982044662 when i have checked it was delivered 10 th of July 2023 to another unknown person.
Again I have called to axis bank customer care & told my documents are delivered to another unknown person, So kindly cross check & provide me the documents as soon as possible.
It was a very important document but this is a very bad experience with the Axis Bank & even though I have called the customer care number they are not responding properly, Also called Blue Dart courier customer care but they are telling it is mistake of axis bank which address they have given for that we have couriered. Ask the axis bank only from our side there is no issue.
Who is responsible for this Axis Bank or Blue dart tell me otherwise i will raise a legal compliant on both of you.
