I had also filled the resumes for part time data entry on Quikr Jobs and a few days after that, a call comes from a company called Stellar Web Solution that your resume has been selected in our company, the company tells me for the part time job. That you have to fill one of our online forms which is a simple online form and not a legal agreement. After which we will give you online user ID and password and on that we will give some form which you have to fill up within five days, I filled the online details according to what they said and for this the company asked me my ID proof and signature on plain paper. Which I sent to the email id given by him on rohankumar88660 @gmail.com. And the company also told me that for this job you have to pay the registration fee of 4999.00 / -. But I did not make this payment. Neither did I fill any form. Because the company gave me no any sent user id no any password.

And after some days on 20 March 2020 a lawyer gets a call that I am speaking Wasim Sheikh, his legal lawyer on behalf of Steller Web Solution, he told me that you had contracted from the company which you could not complete for which you got Rs 4999 / – Neither will you have to pay the charges. I was very scared, I gave them 5000 rupees via paytm no. 7567935177, after that Wasim ji said that after this you will not have to pay anything. But after some time a match came on which Wasim ji asked me for Rs 21963 / – and after giving it, a non-objection certificate will come from your court. I have also paid amount of 21963/- via google pay on given no.7567935177. Then after some time another mail comes from Wasim and writes in that mail id:court.a38@yahoo.com            

“Your Soft Copy Of The NOC Has Been Successfully Approved Of The NOC Has Been Successfully Approved Please Collect Your Docket Number Along With Proceeding Charges Of 37,950 / – INR (Refundable With Demand Draft By Court).

Note: – Failure To Collect Docket Number Court Will Be Liable To Cancel The NOC And Court May Issue Arrest Warrant Against You.

Kindly Clear The Charges Before 02:00 Of 20 March 2020.”

And when I did not give this amount, he started threatening me with an arrest warrant on the phone. Then I have online Police Complaint 20/03/2020: 22:01 whose -FIR No. 021647/20.

I request you to take action on this complaint as soon as possible. So that he could not disturb me and anyone else.
