Airtel has replaced the STB based on my complaint by me. Till the replacement i have maintained my existing STB in a very good condition, but whereas the Airtel replaced STB is in repair condition and the port’s of STB were filled with rust and it was having the problem of auto volume increasing.
The service engineer attended my house was talking very rudely. I requested the Airtel Supervisor regarding this issue, but she was also responded very rudely.
In this aspect i am forced to approach yourself as well as consumer court to resolve my genuine problem. My contact no is 99890……

Please remove my above said complaint because i have mentioned my phone number in the matter, so that i am getting fraudulent calls to my phone number.
