I ordered for a hotspot From m/s stayathome e-commerce Portel. The full value was paid through bank. They acknowledged receipt. Due to inordinate delay in supply I asked them to cancel my order and requested refund. Cancellation was acknowledged and refund promised in ten days. Two months passed and they do not reply my emails.
