I ordered a PS4 games Last of Us 2 from Amazon.in with traking id 203508809131 choosing fast delivery mode, within two days. Date of order was 24th June 2020 and schedule delivery was 26th June. In the tracking status the shipment schedule, delivery date all show in time. On 26 June at 11:21 am the status show Item has been delivered directly to customer. But I have never received the item. Delivery boy who always delivered Amazon order has no idea about the product. From all these it clearly shows that Amazon India is misleading the customer by updating wrong status. The item is shipped as per normal delivery schedule and they update wrong status to look like fast delivery. May be fast delivery option is not available in my shipping address due to lockdown. I accept that Amazon India may have failed to deliver in fast mode due to lockdown. But what most disappoint me is that they show me the wrong status as if they are delivering in fast mode. All the shipment status which has been showing in Amazon apps is all false and forge statement. I have been using Amazon service since 2013. Now I have lost faith in them.

Hiii,my name is Sunita Pandey ,I filed a case against Shop Clues ,which got solved.
The product status was delivered but item was not received was the issue.Today on dated 16/06/21 received the item which was marked earlier delivered on 14/06/21.
