I purchased subscription of tata sky broadband for 1 year. While buying connection no one told me that our static IP is not fully stable.
After purchasing I followed up for 15 Days with Tatasky broadband customer care but no one replied satisfactory. Further no one told me that static IP is not fully stable.
Afterwards I called on tatasky appeal number then they connected with a technician and now technician told me that our static IP is not fully stable only starting 8 digits are stable.
So I asked to refund my amount. then they denied that they can’t do that.
This is clearly fraud and hiding information
