I’m kevin from Cunningham road bangalore, recently purchased airtel broadband fixed line for my company and as per organization norms we need to install static ip which has to be activated from airtel end, so i requested a configuration from airtel side on 8 th sep.

To my sadness, I everyday though I called nearly 30 executives from airtel, I still didn’t get any sign of configuration and when I called my technician he said he didn’t get any message from back office team. Just because of this we lost our business for a week.

And I’m answerable to management that it’s still did not resolve. I’m though still following up many executive from airtel. I didn’t get any response of static ip that has to be shared from noc Or back office team.

Is this service you really have to configure or you just want some time game to play with us, sneaking to something which which it will get resolved. I’m completely fed up with this process.

However I even given to escalation dept, but they even said the same that it will be activated within 6 hrs. And it’s  sunday today which is crossed 24 hrs. Again I got cheated and stresses with your wrong information. I nearly wasted a week to spend for this Unhappening services. Disgusting, frustrated, disappointed with these not happened service of delay. I need some right person to speak about this who could rectify my problems.. Thanks in advance.
