Dear Sir,
1. My credit card total outstanding amount as on 26 Aug 21 was Rs 71,589 payable on 12 Sep 21. I had done 4 EMI conversions with the following details:-
(a) Rs 3331 – 3 EMIs
(b) Rs 5399 – 6 EMIs
(c) Rs 5309 – 6 EMIs
(d) Rs 9238 – 6 EMIs
2. The total outstanding amount after EMI conversions was reduced to Rs 53,000 (approximately) as on 26 Aug 21 after all EMI conversions charges etc levied on my cards.
3. On very next day i.e 27 Aug 21, when I checked my card details for payment, I have found that my outstanding amount has been drastically increased to Rs. 82330 from Rs 53000 (approx).
4. I have checked the transaction details but there is no additional transactions in my transaction details.
5. It is not understood that how this amount has been changed suddenly without any additional transactions. Even if this is because of EMI conversion, it is not understood that how an EMI conversions increases the outstanding amount instead of reducing it. And in fact, it was already reduced to 50,000 (approximately) after all EMI conversion charges levied on the card. But very next day, it is showing me Rs 82,330 which is almost 30,000 increased.
6. I have reported the same many times to customer care executive but they are just telling me that there is technical error. The customer care started ignoring my calls. I have been explaining to them each and every time when the call gets connected to them. I have mailed them also but no response received.
7. It is important to note that my emi due is on 12 Sep 21 which is very near and I am not able to pay my dues due to incorrect outstanding amount of my card. The customer care executives are mentally torturing me in this regard.
Kindly help me in this regard
Regards
